Russ Skinner, MD
Russell Skinner, MD, is the founder of Family Health and Wellness of Plano. The center’s integrative services include primary medical care, chiropractic and physical medicine, medical/therapeutic massage therapy, IV Infusion and nutritional therapy, general fitness training, and medical esthetics, all aimed at maximizing the health and wellness of its patients by preventing disease, treating illness, and promoting a healthy state of mind.
Dr. Skinner graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He attended Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he earned his medical degree. He then attended Texas Tech University where he completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2000.
Jessica Boniol, MS, RN, FNP-BC
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2005. She practiced as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for six years before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University, West Virginia, in 2011. Jessica is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA).
She began working in integrative pediatrics with Dr. Deborah Bain M.D., FAAP, ABIHM, IFMCP at Healthy Kids Pediatrics in August 2011. This is where she fell in love with pediatrics and integrative medicine. She practiced at Shine Pediatrics and Wellness Center from 2014-2018. She is now a part of the team at Integrative Health and Wellness of Plano with Dr. Russell Skinner.
Brian Winningham, DC
Dr. Brian Winningham graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1999. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of North Texas. He always knew he would work in the healthcare field in some aspect. The idea of helping the body heal itself through natural means using a hands-on approach was a perfect fit for him.
He enjoys working one-on-one with patients to promote spinal health, improve biomechanical function, decrease pain and restore range of motion. This includes a variety of chiropractic techniques, physical modalities and rehab exercises. He helps people of all ages looking to improve or maintain their health through maintenance care, injury recovery, corrective care or rehabilitation. This includes children, middle-aged and elderly people.
Ronit Mor, ND
Ronit Mor, ND, is a Naturopath and a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. She is the founder of Mor Wellness Concepts and My Wellbeing Compass. Her greatest passion is educating, empowering and inspiring people on their path to regaining optimal vitality and wellbeing. She is an author, regularly contributes articles to different publications, and is a local and an international speaker.
She offers personal wellness consultations and group workshops, providing a safe way for her clients to explore and benefit from natural health. Her approach is holistic in nature and takes into account the four fundamental layers of our being – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. She helps her clients identify and remove obstacles that interfere with natural healing as well as facilitate and augment their body’s inherent self-healing process.
Maya Crockett, MSTOM, LAc
As a Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist, Maya has helped hundreds of people just like you turn around their health and their life by taking action as a team. She realizes that it is not easy to transform a life if one is not willing and ready. If you’re willing and ready to take control of your own health, she will be there for you every step of the way.
Maya is a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Maya is also trained, certified, and licensed in Massage Therapy, Asian Body Works, and MeiZen Cosmetics.
