Ronit Mor, ND
Ronit Mor is a Naturopath, Integrative Health Coach and a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Her vision is to change the world one life at a time. This vision inspired her 17 years ago to leave a thriving corporate career to become a functional health practitioner. Since that time she has amassed extensive clinical experience in naturopathy, nutritional/lifestyle counseling and coaching, as well as plant medicine.
Her journey began with her own health crisis 20 years ago which led to her understanding and appreciation of the importance of an integrative and functional approach to health and the alignment of this approach to fulfilling her vision. Out of her crisis and healing experience a deep and profound passion was born. A passion for inspiring and empowering others to heal on the deepest level, a passion for educating others as to the power diet and lifestyle choices have over their health and as to the power a functional approach has over true, sustainable healing.
She has created and launched three wellness business startups. The first was sold to an investor group. The other two she currently owns and operates. The second is her primary clinical practice Ronit Mor ND Functional Health & Spa (formerly known as Mor Wellness Concepts).
The third, My Wellbeing Compass, was launched in early 2018. Along with her business partner Dr. Russell Skinner, MD, and over 50 other functional health practitioners throughout the Dallas metroplex, they are building an unprecedented network that strives to empower and serve every dimension of wellness.
Her clinical practice involves on-going collaborations and partnerships with both medical and complimentary physicians many of which have joined her in My Wellbeing Compass.
Her commitment to continually expanding her vision has also inspired her to become a speaker and a prolific author. She has self-published several e-books and regularly contribute articles to different publications and blogs. She is known for her relentless self-drive, high-energy, creativity, innovation, fearlessness, and great passion to follow her heart to reach both personal and professional goals.
Through her clinical practice, writing and lecturing, and her network she has helped thousands of people achieve their wellness goals. Her practice is rooted in a “Back to Basics” approach (which happens to be the working title of the book that she is currently writing). Through her Back to Basics approach she teaches people that health is not just the absence of disease, it is actively and continuously optimizing well-being. Moving her clients from simply reacting to a dysfunction to proactively thriving. She has found that this thriving can only be achieved and sustained by addressing the root causes at the core of the health condition and by learning to maintain a healthy balance between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.
Her commitment to her vision, lifelong learning, and ceaseless research, combined with her scientific and problem-solving background, along with her clinical experience have all culminated in her developing a proprietary wellness algorithm and software branded as MyBodyScore™. This functional assessment tool is currently being used by her network of functional health physicians as an initial triage tool for identifying potential root causes for chronic and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Skinner and her have been using this tool in their team-based integrative care model with incredible success rate.
Prior to her functional health career, she led a thriving career in the telecom industry, where she started as a software engineer and rapidly moved through management ranks to direct large IT operations and then advanced to executive positions in sales and business development.
Her professional memberships include the American Alternative Medical Association, and the American Holistic Health Association.
She is enjoying life’s journey and creating every day to affect a healthful change for herself, family, and the greater community. She loves to travel, cook, read books, engage in research, attend life-transforming workshops/retreats, watch documentaries and sci-fi films, and host friends and family.
