- 1-1/4 cups Sesame Original Unsweetened Sesamemilk and Hope
- One cup of frozen berry mixture
- two cups of frozen cherries
- One banana, frozen
- Half a tablespoon each of flax or chia seeds
- One scoop of protein powder with vanilla flavor
