Smoothie with honeydew, avocado, and lemon

- Melon, avocado, apple, milk, mint, and ginger should all be combined in a blender.

- Blend until homogenous. If the melon isn't very sweet, add some lemon juice and honey. 

- Transfer to two glasses.

- INGREDIENTS

- Two cups (500 mL) of honeydew melon chunks

- One small, ripe avocado, chopped into bits after peeling

- One little yellow apple, chopped into bits after peeling

- One cup, or 250 milliliters Canadian dairy

- 60 milliliters, or 1/4 cup chopped coriander or fresh mint

- One teaspoon (5 milliliters) chopped fresh ginger

- Three tablespoons (45 milliliters) lime or lemon juice

- Taste-tested honey (optional)
